Fee Installment & Refund Policy
1. Installment Policy
- Coaching fees may be paid in installments as decided by the academy at the time of admission.
- All installments must be paid on or before the due date mentioned by the academy.
- Delay in installment payment may result in late fee charges or temporary suspension of classes/tests.
- Installment facility is a convenience and can be withdrawn if rules are not followed.
- Fees once paid cannot be adjusted against any other course or student.
2. Admission & Registration Fee
- Admission Fee and Registration Fee are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.
- This applies even if the student does not attend classes or leaves coaching after admission.
3. Refund Policy
- If a student leaves the coaching in between the course before the completion date, only the Part Tuition Fee will be refundable.
- Admission Fee and Registration Fee will NOT be refunded in any case.
- Refund will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for the remaining period only.
- No refund will be given after course completion or in case of indiscipline or rule violation.
- Refund requests must be submitted in written application by the student/parent.
- Refund (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days after verification.
4. General Conditions
- Fees once deposited are non-transferable.
- Students must follow all rules and regulations of Concept Academy.
- The academy reserves the right to amend or update this policy without prior notice.
